You might've heard of the championship basketball game that happens a few days ago. The whole nation watched as Duke overcame Wisconsin to clinch their fifth national title as a school. With a final score of 68-63 it was a great game up until the end, but some believe that Wosconsin was robbed of the win by the referees. The game was close and the ball was, at first, seemingly last touched by a Wisconsin defender and that's what the referees called. This call was to close to tell so it was reviewed by the referees. Now seeing it in slow motion it was obvious that the refs were wrong and Justise Winslow, a Duke player, was the last to touch the ball, but, as obvious as it was, the refs could not tell and thus sticking to their original call. This call immediatly set most people off on how the officiating was so poor.

The refs blowing a game because of a call that they could review and still got wrong has been a problem that has many people upset. I think that reviews on plays should not be allowed in the game, reviews make the game less about a persons ability and more about what the cameras catch. The refs blowing this call would not have been as big of deal if there was no reviews, because from a first look it looked as if this call was the right call. I would rather refs miss a call here and there without reviews than have reviews and still not make the most of it.
